System notifications REFUSE to turn off

Hi, I'm new to BDO and like a lot of other players, got annoyed by the spam of messages coming from the System/Marketplace. I turned off these messages under settings, hit apply and confirmed, and yet these messages persist. I have no idea how else to fix this, I've logged out, restarted my game, and my computer. Would anyone happen to know a solution to this issue? Thanks

Are you sure you turned off the right settings? I'm not sure which ones are the right ones, but under the chat settings I have only "Private Item" turned on, and in the Game settings under "Turn off system notifications", I have everything checked.

I turned off everything under that just to make sure I had the right settings checked.

No, they're all checked.

If they're all checked, then you really shouldn't be seeing those notifications... I'm not sure what to say.

I think the game is self-aware. Just booted into it and the system notifications are off now.

It can bug out sometimes, you just need to type /reloadui in the chat and that should fix it.

I had the same problem just now. I tried /reloadui but it didn't work. Hopefully restarting will fix it.
