you cant change the popping issue. Its the engine. I heard SSDs help a bit on that, but not sure if its true
My old laptop hardly pushed 40fps 1080p on medium settings and popin was terrible. GTX 860M 2GB just was bare minimum for BDO. So i gave it to my gf, and got myself a new laptop with 1070 and the game caps 120fps the majority of the time with drops to 70 in cities. Popin is less on higher settings but still there. Eventually you go blind to it.
