Switching World/Server
I'm trying to switch from EU to NA (I was able to choose either one when I launched the game for the first time), but now it won't allow me to.

I've read about the config file to change the Region manually, but after I save it and launch the game once more, it automatically updates the file back to Europe.

For steam it's through command line. Gonna look up which ones if someone doesn't ninja me.

Still even if you switch I don't think you can bring your EU character with you though.

Hello! You can take the following steps to swap your region:

Right click on Black Desert Online in your Steam library and choose “Properties”.
Under the “General” tab select the button “Set Launch Options…”
In the window that popups, place the following string: --regionSelection=true
Click “OK”
When you next launch Black Desert Online you will be prompted to choose a region.

Please note that the region selection window will popup every time unless you set remove the launch options string or set it to: --regionSelection=false

I don't mind not bringing my character, due to the fact that I only played it for a hour or so. I just can't tolerate all these other langauges being spoken in main chat.

Thank you very much. Couldn't find it anywhere. Much appreciated <3;

For non-steam users as I understand have that option on launcher but for steam users you have to use different way like described in that post.

Yeah, but there's a lack of people speaking English in general on these EU servers.
