So, there's no fix for the tattoos?
I keep hearing the game is heavily CPU reliant and uses only single core, so single core performance is a major factor apparently?
I also have to uncheck the auto FPS and low power mode settings at start up every time.
Not much I can tell ya on how to improve fps with game settings, been playing a couple weeks now and any amount of tinkering has seen barely noticeble changes (low and medium run exactly the same).
Only things I can suggest besides the obvious things is focing Vsync off in Nvidia control panel, and playing Fullscreen will unlock max fps to allow over 60~ but that wont really improve performance when in places even getting 30 is a struggle lol.
You mean in-game or in the control panel of NVidia?
AMDs 470s, 480s, and 570s and 480s weren't sold out every damn place because of cryptocurrency miners i'd say go for one of those, but there is really no chance in hell in getting one right now, especially not a 150$ 470/570.
If you can, i'd return that GPU and trying to get a 1060 atleast, not the 3gb version though. No clue why game is ticking that by default though.
Not entirely convinced the game is even using my 1050ti honestly.
When I tried the stand-alone client from the website that gave the option to select my card or the onboard APU; steam version did not. The performance it's giving with this game would be more in-line with the APU's gfx lol
I'm guessing it's the same for both of you, if it's keeping low power enabled by default all the time.
Doing this and setting textures to High totally fixed the tattoos
