Black spirit stopped giving quests
Got to level 15 and the black spirit has stopped giving me quests that are not daily, whats going on?

It doesnt always have a quest for you. Play a little, and keep checking your lower right corner. :)

I've got to 28 and I've had nothing since 13 :/

If it doesn't have a quest, it will suggest a quest. Check the right quest panel and follow the main story line. Sometimes the black spirit doesn't have a quest himself for a few levels until he just pops up after you have done certain quests.

Its weird because on my other character I had alot more quests after 13, for some reason its just stopped completly with my alt.
