How to get rid of a tutorial?

I didn't mind it at the early stages but at level 16 it all of a sudden plastered it across the center of the screen and I can not find a way to turn it off? Any suggestions?

I finished all the tutorials and it went away ... then all of a sudden it came back.

For anything that doesn't appear in regular options, do esc < Edit UI. Click the lil eyeball thing and it'll remove that window (combat/key-combo reminders for example, was the only way to get rid of that waste of space).
