Two different accounts

So I have an account on the "normal" BDO and now this one on steam and I wonder if I somehow can "logout" from the steam client to try to access my "normal account" so to speak but I seem to be unable to find the logout button and can only find Exit.

Anyone knows ? :)

My "normal account" is not a steam account for BDO. Its from before the steam verison launch

what does the account have to do with money? you pay for the game not the account

Because steam takes 30% of revenue for sales of the game and micro transactions. If we could all simply switch to steam version just think how much money they would lose.

I am also in this problem. I have official account and steam account, didn't play much on official account. Got level 53 wizard on steam account so far, but then thought about that steam account is basically bound and a bit restricted so I hopped onto my official account which I had from the start, found myself with 100 mill in silver to start doing w/e I pleased, lots of GM blessing from events so I geared up another wizard with way better items and currently at level 47. But I honestly can't make up my mind on which account to keep playing on before I throw some money at it.

Download BDO on steam, download and install BDO launcher into BDO steam folder.
Launch from steam to use steam account, launch from BDO launcher to use BDO account.

Can't use steam wallet of course, I tried this as I wanted to use my old account but not have to spend a day on BDO launchers crap download speed

I am also doing this lol, way easier than updating official game from launcher.

you can go to the instalation folder and run the launcher, it'll ask for login and password, from there you can log to any acc, no need to download anything outside steam
