How can I make a ticket?

I can't create an account on the website since my Steam BDO account uses it. No clue how to make an support account at zendesk.

With your game open [ Esc ] > [ Redeem ]

Now your steam overlay browser should come up showing you your my accounts page already logged into their website.

In the top right corner there should be a "support" link. That should bring you to Black Desert's Zendesk support page. Click Sign in and it should autosign in.
