There is, however, a softcap and a hardcap.
The softcap being about level 50'ish and the hardcap being at 56.
Leveling up to 50 can be done in a day if you really want to.
There is only a soft cap. Hardcap would be a max level.
No Hardcap btw
As with all MMO's the higher the level the longer it takes to get the next one.
BDO is grindy, but thats kind of the enjoyable bit. It does feel rewarding to hit lvl 60 and you can make quite a bit of in game money by grinding which helps get that gear up.
Killing mosnters in eth way to level. However you will want to do quests for contribution, knowledge, and bag space.
But its worth the journey. Join a guild and have fun.
Around level 53 you will get around 0.100-0.700 xp per monster.
You can only reach lvl 50 in one day if you dont care about the story, life skills, your character stats like stamina, breath, strength and health which you can only obtain over bigger amount of time. You need appropriate gear as well.
With higher accuracy you can kill higher level mobs, otherwise you will just keep missing them as a low level. The quests are structured properly. You will get enough gear from quests to fight on par with monsters on your level.
You can make level 56 with only 30-50 ap/dp without any struggles if you have enough accuracy.
Whats the point of reaching level 56 in one day if you dont understand the game at all.
You will be left behind on many other things if you focus solely on leveling your character as a new player.
Enjoy the little detours to the fullest.
Even as a new player, with all the boosts thrown at you, you can hit 50 in 5 or less hours.
You can level to 50+ quite quickly just fighting random stuff, but there's still the whole "Life" aspect to it should you want to pursue it. Basically the crafting side of the game is like a whole other game in itself....can be quite overwhelming until you learn things a bit at a time IMO.
