energy recharge is 1 unit per 3min and i think 2 unit per 3 min when you go sleep in a bed

u get an energy point back every 3 minutes i think. and when offline u get 1 every 30 minutes. i could be off but yeah it recharges

Later you will also find some repeatable daily quests that also give a small ammount of energy but when you do a few it soon mounts up.

To increase your max energy you nee dto gather knowledge. Knowledge can come from pretty much anything. Killing mobs to get theirs, finding points of interest, talking to people, reading books, etc.

This is also why you want multiple characters. The max energy limit is linked with all characters. But they all have their individual energy.

If your max energy is 100. All characters have max 100 energy. If you have 6 characters, thats 600 total energy to spend (100 on each character)

So the more characters you have, the more energy you have to spend.
