How to get different outfits?

Can you only buy cosmetic clothing in cash shop or also through ingame tasks?

There are a couple outfits you can craft, but the majority come from the cash shop. You can buy the cash shop ones on teh market, but they rarely go up.

Same way you craft anything else using CP to purchase the proper building and then using workers to do so. I do not know the exact places.

Unfortunately, it looks like you still need to spend some money to make them into a piece that uses an outfit slot rather than the armor slots.
