Whats so important about this being a korean mmo?

I've been seeing alot of reviews mentioning that this is a korean mmo, which i assume should mean something, becuase someone compares it to western mmos

The only MMO ives really played deeply is ESO, so how would this koren mmo compare?

korean mmos are typically grindy, which is true for this game


nothing wrong with grind, but certain people dislike it

It means it's a grindfest, more so than regular western MMOs.

I know MMO´s that are 1000 Times more grind then BDO, like killing 10.000 Mobs to get 1 Quest-drop.

Take a look at the armour and styles. The wizard looks like a cosplayer from the 21st century cosplayer catwalk, as do the others..then you have some of the bizarre names like striker is just wierd

I usually make this insides joke with my friends for koreans who make n' play these games and refer them to as a bunch of masochists.
