Question about paid mount skins

If i would buy a skin for my beginner horse in the paid pearl shop, will i be able to use that skin on other horses as well?

2,000 pearls you mean? If its those Horse Gear Sets in the pearl shop then yes. They are just equipments for the horse. You can unequip them from one horse and re-equip them on another horse

hmm i cant enter the pearl shop anymore since a couple quests ago as it right now says im in a tutorial, someone knows what this means?

Probably one of the UI tutorial's got initiated/stuck. Type /reloadui
It should refresh your UI.

Alright yes, but what if a horse dies can you then still unequip the items?

Also can you switch that gear to other characters as well?

If a horse dies, it gets sent to the nearest stable. So you'd have to go back to the stable to take it back out, to unequip the items.

The gear says Bound (Character), but you can move it to other characters by equipping it to the horse, putting the horse in the stable, switching to another character, taking the horse out and unequipping the gear.

You cannot however have the gear on your character's pearl inventory and put the item into storage directly.

Uh I don't think you realize how difficult it is to buy Horse costume gear off the marketplace. One its rarely sold. Two its rarely sold as a set, Three you'll be lucky to even get a piece, and even then you're still missing the set bonus. I've only seen it sold twice as a set in the last 4 months on the marketplace. Pieces go up once or twice every 2-3 weeks or so but its in scattered bits of varying sets.
