How do you get the Travelers Pack items?

I bought the Travelers Package bundle since it was on sale since then Ive put in like 3 or so hours and haven't been able to figure out how to get any of the extra items in the pack if anyone else got this pack and knows whats up that would be sweet

While you're in-game, if you press the 'ESC' key and click the 'Redeem' icon, you should see a page where you can redeem your Traveler's Pack items.

When I do this I get a message that says "Invalid Parameters (102)". What does this mean and how do I fix it?

I'm getting that message as well "Invalid Parameters (102)" already had steam overlay on in steam and hotkey changed to " shift + / " still not working

I wasnt getting any error but just flat out nothing was showing up I had to turn off MSI afterburner to get my steam overlay to work now its working fine I've redeemed my items and im waiting on the mail now

There should be an edit menu button when you hit ESC. Click that and replace any of the other icons with Redeem.

I also bought a package (Black Desert Online - Explorer package), but I did not get anything until now, how long does it take to appear in the game in the window "Reedem"? Where's the problem?
