Says in FAQ you can buy Daum cash and pearl with steam wallet but where?

As title say, I cant find where you can do that but in FAQ says you can, am i missing something?

Hey there. In game, you can access the cash shop with F3 (Default). At the bottom of the left side, there is a "Recharge" button. If you click that, it will open up a store page, where you can buy Daum Cash, and at check out, you will be able to select Steam Wallet as your method of payment.

Thanks, now it's just saying invalid parameter.

still doesnt work for me, i try it and it says cant connect to steam servers. this has happened for 2 weeks so i dont think its actually a server error
