The Clinic warp zone in 2-5

Does anyone know where the warp zone is in this section???? I've looked everywhere and can't find it. The game does the glitch effects in a chunk where there are 3 fan jumps, 3 ghosts and a purple sucky guy. But I can not for life of me find the warp zone. Please, can someone at least tell me where it is?

You need to turn around and go back to the left. Take the fan up. It's on the top left.

Posting a picture aswell as the seed (from your save file) can help alot! due to the game having so many seeds it's very rare to encounter the same chunks. I hope you're able to find the Warp Zone, good luck!
