Hard to pick things up when runnning

Sometimes when I'm on the run and need a weapon, I see a weapon on the floor. I start spamming the e button and even see the weapon get highlighted, but I still don't always pick it up. Does this happen to anyone else? This has gotten me killed quite a few times and is kinda frustrating

i hope as this game continues development the hit boxes for picking up weapons becomes a bit more forgiving, it takes away from the steamline feel of combat. you feel less cool getting a thrown katana kill and then struggling to pick up the gun from your victim: then to go down from a hail of gunfire while trying to do so

Yes, I absolutely agree. I don't want a full slow-mo mode, I think that would make things a little too easy, but larger hitboxes for weapons would really contribute to the flow of combat.
