Subtitles/Closed Captions Question

Hello.

For Ghost in the Shell: SAC (both seasons and Solid State Society), is there any chance of actual English subtitles existing in the future, or at least the current CC to be polished where needed (especially the whole episode 14 subtitles and written Japanese on screen without translation)?

Otherwise, I'm glad to see the videos are now working much more smoothly (I guess this is on Steam's side of things) and I'm looking forward to possible mobile viewing and downloading features.
