I recently purchased this game for myself and a friend, and quite frankly it has become my favorite Steam game, even ahead of Pirates! 2K and Undertale- and the game is still in its early stages. In fact, this is becoming one of my all-time favorite games.
I have noticed a few bugs in it so far:
1) When giving Granny blueberries the game crashes.
2) After gathering the Tutsan flowers and the result afterwards, where they were become two large purple squares.
3) Some of the English is off.
4) Sometimes the dialog box is present when it needn't be.
5) After giving Granny water the game crashed, twice, on the Windows 8 ASUS. When running it in XP Service Pack 3 mode this did not happen.
6) After entering Granny's house when she was in bed but the herbalist was gone the game "froze" with the clock-cursor.
But on a more serious note, I have been unable to get the game running on the Sony laptop. Based on the specifications given for Foxtail it should run, but doesn't. It is an "Error C0000005" message, which means it likely can be solved.
Here is the DXDIAG report from the Sony:

The last time I got a "C0000005" error message it was because the game ("Tunes") was not in windowed mode. Running that game on an ASUS and putting it in windowed mode, then via USB stick playing the game on the Sony again, cleared that problem. This did not work with "Foxtail."
When running Foxtail through the debugger just now I got a "missing files/reinstall" error message- but immediately running it again made it work long enough for a "C0000005" error message as before.
