hi, thanks for your kind words! The song was composed by the composer of the game, Benny Oschmann. The lyrics are based on the poem Remember by Christina Rossetti. The singer of the song, Kim Carnie, wrote the scots gaelic lyrics, based on the poem.

Is there a longer (full) version of the song, or is it just like in the trailer?

Unfortunately, there is no longer version. But we will release footage of the recordings closer to release, so have an eye out on our facebook-page (THQ Nordic), then you can see Kim sing the song.

I never played the original games, so I had never heard of this series. My intro was the voice recordings trailer for this game. The gaelic vocals, something I rarely get to hear, that honestly is one of the major reasons I got the game, cause I knew with that music the setting was going to be something nice. And from what I've played (X1 player here) I've really enjoyed even though I'm stuck at the moment (rather early in the game, I really suck at this stuff it seems). I love the setting. Just walking around the manor has been great and it's all thanks to this music that I even realized the game existed so thank you for choosing amazing music.

The soundtrack of the game includes a longer version of the song, mixed with the main theme of the game. The soundtrack is part of the digital extras which you can get here: http://store.steampowered.com/app/755700/Black_Mirror_Digital_Extras/

Also, here you can watch the trailer with a picture-in-picture of singer Kim Carnie (the video is also in the Making Of in the digital extras): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aYLdutwbIcY

Thank you for your kind words :) we are also very happy to have had the great Benny Oschmann on board for the music and the collaboration on the song with Kim Carnie was a great experience. Scots Gaelic is a very unique language :)

Nice! Love anything Celtic in the games industry. Any chance of getting the lyrics and an instrumental version? I'd love to sing it. I can speak a bit of Gaelic (Ireland) so would love to try some Scottish Gaelic in a song. Would enjoy covering it on YouTube
