So Many Crash Problems

After having no problems with the first chapter, I was surprised to discover that chapter 2 seems to be a buggy mess. I got to a point where I died (something I didn't think was even possible) and had to reload the game. Losing a lot of progress initially annoyed me, but then I discovered that I couldn't even get back to where I was because the game kept crashing. Not once or twice, but over and over. I counted eight times. Now it won't even load my save file without crashing.

I tried restarting the chapter, but end up with the same results. I hope some of these bugs are worked out before release, because at this point I'm not sure I'll be able to finish Black Mirror.

Is it true that the controls are similar with Syberia 3?????

I haven't played Syberia 3. I played this on PC, and you control the character with the WASD keys. No point and click action, like a lot of games in the genre.
