Mouse disappears

It occured twice: first in 8th level when old man sat down on the bench, second time from the the beginning of the 12th level. Mouse just became "invisible": I can't see it but it still can move objects. Any ideas how to deal with it?

This sometimes happens to me, too. I'm not sure why. I don't know how to fix it, either. I know when I tap my laptop screen again, the mouse can move objects and characters (it's a fairly new laptop, so it has the touch screen option. Whereas older laptops don't let you play games by touching the screen).

The issue has been solved by using another PC (win 10 too)
