How to set up an account?

Hey, so I downloaded the game and wanted to play it, since I'm German, but I cannot figure out how to even create an account.
The german website has an account-management, but no way of making a new account as far as I saw (although they even tell you in the FAQs that there is a way to make a new account but don't specify how to do that).
If someone could help me with that, that would, well, help a lot, thanks.

Just start the game and type an account name and a password in the 2 text boxes, then you create an commander and choice an ingame name. play a bit of the tutorial until you have excess to the option menu (the clog) and then on the left side you choose the 2nd option to change the language.

Ok, that worked, I just couln't use an "_" in the name. Thought the "ID*somethinginjapanese*"was a different login method.

Login must be unique. If you try to register, and the game gives some kind of error (in my own language, the error's text made 0 sense), it is probably because login you are trying to use already exists.

Also, you can't use low line "_" in login or nickname. But you can use period "." instead.
