I started the game (a new game), no achievment, watched credits, no achievment.

Do you use Linux or Mac ? At this moment linux and mac not support achievements. We working for fix this.

No, I'm using Windows 10.

Have you got some kind of firewall or antivirus installed that could block online access for the game? Achievements should work fine on Windows - that's very strange!

I would like to dive into the game but the current achievements stats are a bit scary. If everything's working fine, how come so few people have completed the game ?

Also, the Astats page shows "No achievements found for this game."

They gave away some free codes at launch, and it recently got bundled, so many would idle it without actually playing it.
