Waterworks only decrease HM when damaged, so ensure you fix them asap, when fixed they generate Political points.
Also truck UN aid to villages, very effective in lifting the HM score.
Thats my whole concern. I'm not seeing any visible impact from the UN supplies.. and only PP from the waterworks..
Also killing enemy forces has a direct impact on HM
Ok, that clarifies a little bit. But, just so I don't misunderstand... 1 UN truck = 2 H&M, yes? Because if so, I'm not getting that... unless its 2 points when the village is saturated with trucks?
On a side note... at some point in tutorial 3 the tutorial cards disappear and you're on your own to get 55 H&M... it would be nice if those stuck around as references.
Fair point on the tutorial, just trying to gradually introduce the game concepts, might even suggest after completing the cards to move onto,the next mission in the sequence, just left the gate open for people who would like to play to,complete after starting to assist in the learning
Ooooooooh ok. I'm sorry. That makes more sense. In my defense, a) I have a terrible migraine... but b) V65 things had a more direct impact... where as you're saying this is a more grainular and holistic interpetation of the big picture? Would that be correct?

Thereafter an adaption for the Angola/South Africa COIN war , and we will definitely be doing the Sovietbinvasion of Afghanistan.

Also - someone posted in the Slitherine forums that in mission 7 one of the victory conditions is to get the village H&M score to 55. How can we complete this if we don't know what the score is in each village?
The objective should actually turn green upon reaching the 55, will fix
