Yin and Yang Fish locations?

What exactly qualifies as specific bodies of water (quoted from the guide)?

I've been at this for several hours now but all I've caught is lots of Yin Fish and no Yang fish near the Fishing Competition are. Is the Yang Fish elsewhere or maybe different season?

I'm not quite clear on exactly which hours comprise dawn. I seem to have caught the Yin fish at some point, but I cannot remember where. For Yang, I would just save/reload until I got it but I don't know if dawn is only 5-6am, or if the window is a bit broader.

I caught both of these fish yesterday at the same location (the fishing tournament river, as others have mentioned). One of them was caught around dawn (perhaps 5-7 AM) and the other at dusk (5-7 PM or so).

Finally got it. Thanks for all the information. That timeframe seems a little too tight though, considering how fast the in-game time passes...
