Just keep exploring and keep your eyes open: some are a bit hidden, some are just in plain sight. Go where no quests lead you. :)

Something like this should NOT activate until you've completed the main storyline (sorry new players lol) to further encourage players to keep exploring, and interacting with the world once the main story is done for them.
I'm in the process now of wrapping up all the sidequests (minus the cat lady lol) and getting from one side of the map to the other is sometimes a right pain in the butt, so something like this would be a great asset.
