Episode 4 Glitch

Hey all, I've got some glitch where my game freezes when Drax and Groot go to get rid of the mini worm things that got on the ship while the guardians are trying to escape from the big worm.

I've tried restarting the game, restarting my laptop, validating files on steam. Just wondering whether it's just my game or if anyone else has run into any issues.

Help is also appreciated if anyone knows of any idea of a fix (gunna submit a ticket to telltale as well)

I'm having the same issue, Groot connects a pipe than a close up of Drax and the video freezes but the audio continues.

Submitted a ticket using the GotG support tool at https://telltale.com/support/article/how-to-run-the-pc-support-tool-for-guardians-of-the-galaxy/ hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Yeah that's the exact thing I'm having! I'll submit a support ticket now and mention others have the issue.

Windows 10 shouldn't be the problem, I'm on W10

I'm also on Windows 10. Just submitted a support ticket.

Did you fly out of the "front" or the "rear"? I flew out of the rear which was the last "big" decesion, curious if this is the cause of the issue.

I went out the mouth, if it helps. Just happened to me too, letting them know about it now. I'm glad this is the only real bug I've ran into with this series so far...

Clearly mustn't be that choice then. Everyone just submit a support ticket on telltale's website and they may sort it faster if they see it's affecting a lot of people

the only other thing that has happened to me is one of my choices got changed but i think i lost connection and it didnt save properly

is yours a cloud save. mine is ... could that be the problem??
