Mantis backstory broke

Did anyone finish ep3 and actually hear Mantis tell her story or did everyone skip it. Game is impossibly glitched after 4 reloads to get past this point. One time it even had an empty table with all characters gone but usually they stand around and there is some sort of argument playing out in the subtitles - no audio. I can walk around but interact with nothing. There is a targeting reticle on the screen like I'm supposed to do something.

I listened to the full story, but I didn't run into a problem like that on that chapter... sounds pretty bad though.

This is happening to me as well. Completely stuck with the reticle and Mantis stands on the table. Can't make anything happen.

Same here, exept that it happened to me again after talking to everyone else too after skipping. I never got to Gamora and Nebula's fight. As such, I never even finished the episode. I get the sense that this was released before everything was polished and finished.

Yeah I can get to a point where both Mantis and the Nebula + Gamora interactions both tell you to go away. I had to choose the skip the backstory option just so the game doesn't break. But I can't progress since the story won't continue anyway :(.

Not fixed. Just happened to me.

Had the same issue, restarting did not help but something else did.
- I dialed down the performance settings / graphics
- I used windowed mode instead of full screen.

After the scene i went to in-game menu (esc) and restored all graphics to previous settings, including full-screen mode.

This way i was capable of seeing the full Mantis story.

Hoping this helps others as well.

I have tried verifing mine a half a dozen or so times. And reintalling, and running as admin, and running in compatibility mode, nothing has worked as of yet. I played it side by side with my diagnostics open and every time it glitched there was a temp spike (~2-3 F) in my graphics card. It's a nvida GTX960M by the way. Everything else was normal. Other than an incompatability with that, I'm out of ideas.

C:\Users\%USERS%\Documents\Telltale Games\

Your save folder will have 'Guardians' in its name, please zip this folder and send it to us at [e-mail].

As a workaround while we are investigating this issue, if you replay this section and choose different dialogue options, you should be able to continue successfully.

same thing just happend to me i got her to touch drax first then the option to hear the hole story picked i hear ya or somhing like that when she said it was nice to talk with words at last then the game dumped me in the bar to walk around with nothing to click on

Done and done. Thanks for being such an active dev, many (cough) EA (cough) Ubisoft (cough) wouldn't be bothered with customers enough to actually talk to them or you know care.

I had her touch Rocket. Also had to walk around the bar with the team in a vegatable state.

i've tried to use lowest graphical settings, also windowed mode, lower possible resolution, nothing helped...
TellTale, have you still not fixed this issue? The finale episode is now out for like half year or so, and this issue in the 3rd episode is there from beginning....
