Can't download the subtitles for any other language than english

Once again Telltale Games launches a game with problems for people who pre-order. When you launch Guardians of the Galaxy, you can go to options and change the language of the game. Somehow, Telltale Games ASKS YOU TO UPDATE to download SUBTITLES/TRANSLATION TEXT to your language. Would be acceptable IF THE DOWNLOAD ACTUALLY WORKED. It keeps saying "failed to update" and the game asks you to play in english or try again. Great job, once again. If giving pre-order players a poor experience on launch day of it's games were a thing, Telltale Games would be acing it with 100% accuracy.

It's not the first time that you have a problem with a Telltale's game ? Have you resolve this problem ? Because I'm in the same situation ...

Works for me, though I only tried it with French just to see if it works. To do this here is the steps I used...

1) Start the game in English

2) Once the game is started and at the menu, select "Settings"

3) Then select "Languages"

4) Then choose the language you wish the game to play in

5) Then make sure you select the option to complete the update, if I remember right you only have two choices, one is to complete the update and the other is to NOT complete the update.

6) When you go back to the "Settings" menu it should then ask you if you wish to keep the new language you set it to display and when you choose "Yes" it should change the menu so it reads in that language and not English.

Erun, The problem at the moment is that Telltale 2018 has been closed. So do the servers. There is a new "Telltale" but their servers do not support Guardions of the Galaxy. So you have to hope for a fan fix. (in my case on a fan german patch) ps: sry for my bad english, i have translatet by google)

It's a problem when a game needs to go online to download something like subtitles... i have no problem at all but i know people who isn't very good at english or prefer to read in spanish.
