Tutorial
I really need some Tutorials for the Map-Editor. Since i played all the levels, i switched over to the Editor. I love doning custom-maps and such things.
But i have a really hard time, to figure out how this Editor works.

Feedback:
*Sometimes my Game /The Editor crashed, if i load and try to play the map.
(cant yet, tell why exactly, but im looking for the reason to report a bug)

*placing blocks, autofill, rotations, sacle... works fine and i have no problems.

*diffrent layers and the mask, looks good, but i dont understand everything, such like the dust/ fog for example.

*traps, moveable blocks etc. if have no clue, dont get that point.

Yes, definitly! We will put together a more extensive guide as soon as we get more time to do so. We will also be making it more userfriendly with time, so all feedback on the UI is appreciated.

Does the game crash to desktop or does the level not load correctly? There is a known issue where the level sometimes won't load, hitting "ESC" to go back, then Play again useally fixes that.

Heres a crash course:

Tools are the following, in order:
-Select
-Move
-Create
-Create 9 Tile
-Fill
-Duplicate object
-User prefabs (not yet implemented)

In the palette you find Sprites & Prefabs.
Sprites are objects you can change types on, prefabs are premade assets by us.

"Type" is the class used for the current object. "Ground" being the default class.
These types are predefined classes for simple use, some of them also have values to edit, speed&timers and such.

For instance if you want to create a custom script, you would create a object with "Type" : "CustomScript". Then Select the object, with select tool and input the name of the file you will be using under the parameter "Scriptname".

To create the script you open "Window" -> "Scripts", enter a filename (same as parameter), choose a template and click create, and you should have some code infront of you, connected to the object.

In the "Window" dropdown you will find more level settings and tools to play around with.

You can also load the level "Blinky" in workshop to see an example of using scripts.
To load a level go to "Window" -> "Community" (or press the Disk with up arrow icon in the top right corner). The community window is where you load and upload workshop levels to steam.

Feel free to ask if anything is unclear.

Thank you, for your quick respond.
This is gonna help a lot.

Perfect time, its weekend... :D

I let you know if i got any other questions or problems.

PS: The Game-Crash send me to desktop and closed the Game, after a Windows-message.
But sadly i tried to much things out, so i cant tell yet, why or what is gonna make it crash.
