Finally I was able to fix it by creating a new session in Win10 with a username without special characters, as mentioned by ozikotto.
Beyond that, an error so basic and recurring without repairing speaks of the little interest of the developer. Too bad, because my daughter loves the game.

Changing the name does not change the win10 username, you need to create a new user in windows without special chars, later you start the game and it will work, you can later copy the savefile to the previous username and it will work, so you can delete the new win user.
