Help solving tenants complaint

I need help with que complaints of level 4. In one, the tenants ask to build a hospital in their own development, even if there is no more space. Should I just demolish a house to open space to construct a "private" hospital? And another complaint is when the tenant say that he can't socialize because his garden doesn't have anything to look or sit. I tried to put almost everything in the garden, but still doesn't solve the problem. What should I do? What exactly should I put in the garden to satisfie the tenant?

Hi! Just curious but are you asking for help with the old Constructor? You don't seem to own the new one on Steam.

Level four tenants will only complain about a private hospital when more than two of them are on an estate without a hospital. This means you can avoid this complaint by never putting more than two on the same estate and instead placing other high-level tenants (if you need to fill space).

You can also opt to build the hospital but if you only had three houses on the estate to begin with it's a bit redundant! They will still have their complaint up if you remove one level four tenant until you've constructed the hospital IF you already received the complaint.

If you expect to build three level four houses on the same estate make sure you leave room for the hospital!

Your other complaint about nothing to look at/sit on is solved by building two of the three items from this list:

• Rose Arbour
  
• Garden Furniture
  
• Pond

So, if you only had room for furniture and a pond you would build those two to solve the complaint.

Thanks for the quick answer! I understood the first part, but the second continuing to be a problem and I don't know why. I builded all the items you mentioned, and every time the complaint continues. In some cases I even occupied all the garden space because I put everything that I could, and no lucky solving the complaint. But thanks for the reply, and sorry for the english!

I've attached a picture of the gadgets you could place in the garden - you can swap either of them for a pond too.

The new one. The old game I used to play when I was a kid! lol

You're welcome.

Some of the complaints can be tricky if you don't leave enough space for gadgets in the garden. This is why it's always important to give some of the higher level tenants room for expansion - particularly with the super-tenants who may ask for specific garden decorations!
