i need euro in game and i think stars can't exchange to euro.

It's not possible to exchange STARS for in game money.

any advice to earn in game money fast? upgrading everything possible. looks like store not good profit , at last at begining of game.

It's not possible to earn big amount of money in short time, especially if you just started.
Focus on building your infrastructure. Stadium, transport, gastronomy, ect. Step by Step.
Sign sponsors which only pay good weekly base income if your squad is weak. If you play in a league where you know that your team is going to win most of the matches, then sign sponsors which pay good bonus per point.
