Need help with the second Battlelord (Hoover Dam) on Insane

I'll be honest, I don't like Duke Nukem Forever very much. I want to beat it on Insane so I can get some closure with it.

However the boss battles are ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ atrocious, and while I dread the Octoking, for now I am stuck on the Battlelord. I just cannot beat him, I've been trying for like an hour and the first phase is relatively easy, I just go to the back of the arena and hide behind the taxi, shoot the RPG, reload, rince and repeat.

However during the second phase he just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annihilates me. I've tried to get him stuck in front of the bus so I could just throw pipebombs at him, but whenever I go to refill my pipebombs the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ starts moving and I have no where to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ go. If I stay behind the bus he'll kill me with grenades, if I try to run to cover he'll ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ kill me in seconds, and that's IF the other ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ aliens don't decided to attack me, in which case I'm just ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

This has got to be one of the worst ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bosses I've ever fought, I just don't know what to do
