Multiplayer jetpack locations? (Highway Noon in particular)

Anybody know all the jetpack locations, or a list or video somewhere showing them? Or in particular the Highway Noon one I'm curious about.

I know where the one in Hollywood is of course, behind the movie screen like in Duke 3D.

Hollywood: 1. Behind movie screen 2. On matress by red spawn 3. Secret place above Dev.
Highway Noon: Jump off the broken railings by the RPG
Hoover Dam: In the metal grate behind the electric crate in the middle
Duke Burger: By red spawn; use bounce pad on the fridge, turn around and jump to reach it.
Hive: low level of the central area, on the side
