Description:
1). Installing the patch Version 1.07 Release 20.04.2004 (The last official update of the game). (Language - English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Tai, Korean.)
2). Adding a Russian-language version.
3). Installing a patch for online games in GameRanger.
4). Installing audio and video codecs.
5). Installing a patch with an expanded number of «Command Points».
6). Added a program for additional game settings - «SettingCQ.exe».
7). Added the profile «AllGrey», with the passed campaign.
8). Complete adaptation of the game for operating systems - Windows 8 / 10.
9). Other minor things.

Installation Instructions:
1). Run «CQFixPatch_AllinOne_1.2.exe» (Recommended with administrator rights).
2). Select the path to the root folder of the previously installed game.
(Do not recommend to install the game in the directory %Program Files% and the like,
especially in the Windows Vista / 7 / 8 / 10. Conflicts may occur with access rights.)
3). After the installation is complete, you must reboot the computer. Important!

After installation:
1). Run the «SettingCQ.exe» program. (Label «SettingCQ» on the desktop).
2). Click the «Help» button and follow the instructions for setting up the game.

Hi, if I buy the game Conquest Frontier Wars 1 from the store that sells Steam, and then add this CQFixPatch_AllinOne, sticking it only inside the game folder. This transforms into the Conquest 2 Frontier Wars? or do I have to download the Conquest 2 Frontier Wars ?. The truth I do not understand anything.

Hi, if you buy the game from the store and install the CQFixPatch_AllinOne patch, you will have Conquest: Frontier Wars (1), but with all the fixes that allow you to run the game on windows 8/10 systems.
If you mean "Conquest 2 - Frontier Wars Forever" (mod) then you need to download and install a patch for the purchased game: https://www.moddb.com/mods/conquest-2-frontier-wars-forever/downloads/ conquest-2-frontier-wars-forever-880-patch
Then you will end up with "Conquest 2 - Frontier Wars Forever v.8.8.0"

Problem ; Thats no fix, thats the entire game FREE to play PLUS with MAJOR breaking stuff compared to the original experience. Shure some stuff is better yet not all of it.

There is no problem if you want to play the original game.
This patch (CQFixPatch_AllinOne) only helps to combine the game with new operating systems. When you install this patch, nothing changes in the game ...

question: why is the reboot important for the installation of the mod? (i haven't rebooted a pc for any game installation in like 20 years and didn't have problems with that)
