Please add support for HP Reverb G2.

I am unable to even get past the tutorial due to being unable to grab a weapon, i check ed every button and none of them let me grab. the game also tells me to push a button on a vive controller i don't own, so it is clear that the game just doesn't support the G2.

Unless this gets fixed ill refund my purchase.

It does work, I recently upgraded from a CV1 to a G2 and Gorn plays as usual except better graphics loll
Check if you updated windows, it's a windows mix reality headset Microsoft makes changes just for that headset to work better if your windows is not up to date you might be missing what makes the game work on the G2

Just to explain how I do it: I put on the headset I get to the G2's home > click desktop in the menu > from there I click my steam icon on my virtual desktop > and click steam VR top right corner > I get my game menu > click a game (Gorn) and it loads

I would re do your G2 install, if the game thinks you're on Vive something didn't work with the install
Other games working good? If so, reload the game itself in other words it's a computer misunderstanding so to speak lol
