What mean icons on doors?

I understand what the first icon means-victory without a single death. But what does the second one mean? And what kind of guy is hanging in jail?

Oh, I got it! Partly. I killed ten enemies with gold arrow and also kille the boss with it. Then second icon on the door turned on. But what should I do in other doors?

when you play the ffa you get a bonus mission. If you complete it the second icon will light up

I just finished the game 100%, so I have a lot of experience in this. When you play a game, you have to defeat several levels, a free-for-all, and then the boss. To get flawless, you need to defeat the boss without getting hit/dying. To get the bonus objective though, you have to defeat all the levels and the free for all in ONE LIFE. If you die you have to restart. Don't worry if you get hit, that's ok, just keep that focus. It's recommended to defeat everything in one sitting. Do the bonus, and kill the boss flawlessly to get both objectives. You'll get several trophies and a poster with writing on (which is being translated by some members of the community)

I still understood the meaning of the second icon on my own, but I see that this topic has been raised several times in the community and only now there is a comprehensive answer to it . I think it will be useful for other players. I wonder if there will be a secret boss or weapon if you pass the game 100%.
