Took me a moment to figure out the pinata mode because I was looking for that option since it used to be called that. But I actually like pinata mode for the different graphics like candy hearts and multicolored teeth.

no ... why would you want to ... the game is "GORN" you make a bloody mess of your enemies

if you dont like the gore then use the pinata mode or the "low violence mode" but that takes away from alot of the game ... if you want to change the blood ammount then play a while and unlock "custom games" there you can lower or raise the blood amount and change alot of other settings
