Does the game adjust for small players?

I see the ball comes back towards the player, but does it come within a range that a person under 4 feet tall (having shorter arms) can play the game?

Being small or having short arms shouldn't be any disadvantage. The bounce back range is tight enough that you won't need to be extending far out to hit the ball. On top of that the gravity gauntlet can be used at any time to help direct and pull the ball in if needed.

It also adjusts for your height.

If you're shorter, the ball will come back lower (based on your head and hand heights).
