Selecting levels?

So i can't seem to select anything but the first level. clicking on the level select arrows just goes straight to the final stage which i haven't unlocked. help?

You need to unlock levels with stars. The first star is given by pressing the tutorial button on the right side of the room behind the table. Play the first level and do the objectives to unlock more levels.
