How to Free play a mission

My gf has beat the game (story) , but cant free okay the missions. She wants to collect all but cant select specific characters to make it happen.

Can anyone Tell how to free play?

Well if your GF has beaten the story, then you should see red markers (or some other kind of indication) on the map. When you hover over it, it will tell you which level it is and then you can drive there and play it from there.

She sees the re markers, but the strange thing is that previous / newer lego games offer the opties to replay a mission in "free mode", but somehow this game doesn't. So how can she free play and pick the characters she wants. Not to be forced to use the story characters.

free play is the only option now because theres no "characters" its just chase and your coop partner is also chase you can pick you disguises before starting the mission hope this helps over a year later
