Albatross Island Bug

I love this game so much and I want to continue loving it but I can't. in the Albatross Island mission where you have to find out how Rex Fury escaped, I made it to the wardens office and after I lock the door with the chandelier, I can't move AT ALL. Like I can pause the game but I can't move, punch, jump, switch characters or even open the map. The game doesn't freeze, Chase just stands there and stretches and that's it. I've tried to restart the game, quit the mission restart my computer but nothing works. Please help I'd really appreciate it :)

no, at least with me it doesn't

The game bugged for me in Rex's cell. The part where you need to traverse across the ceiling Chase kept falling off or jumping off. I must have did it 20 times before quitting. Hopefully reinstalling will correct it.

It doesn't wipe your progress because it uses Steam Cloud.
