99.9%, though everything is completed

So... Every area of the city is completed, also all levels are completed, but I only have 99.9% and are missing a vechicle and a person. Anyone met this bug and have a solution?

EDIT: I have all districts completed but still the "Crime Waive" achievement did not pop and thus I am missing that... But I have done all Crime-events

Check the map, things like the bridges and the tunnels since they are a separate areas. Also make sure to BUY (unlocking is not enough) all characters, gold bricks (in police station) and vehicles, both land vehicles and helicopters

I am also missing an achievement for a Robber City Challenge, but I've completed every single thing on the map; is there a way to make it re-validate it?
I've bought everything from the shop, except the character/vechicle you get from the last challenge, that it doesn't seem to recognize

I could not find this characters names. Are you sure they are the real character names?

Also some small parts of the map are completely different areas like the bridges. Make sure to hover you mouse over every part of the map so you can check if something is missing

Yup, I am aware of the bridges, canals amd minor islands such as Liberty - been around it all. Also triggered the pager-response from doing all the crimes, but no achievement and no bandits-costumes

That strange, so there are 2 characters named bandit in 2 different lists?
Bandit is a reward for smashing all 18 ATM, not sure if it unlocks both

As far as I know, it should unlock both, which also explains why I haven't received the Crime Waive achievement, but I have done all the ATMs in Lego City - the lady even gave the well done-speech on phone, but the achievement didn't trigger and I did not unlock the last character, which makes it impossible to reach 100%.

Read somewhere that it is possible to import a savefile from another computer, but I have no clue how to do this. My girlfriend has 100%-ed the game, so she has a usable savefile for it

You probably need to start over and only do the missions for the robbery achievement, then download a 99.99% save (there is one here at the guides section) and do the last 00.01% thing missing to get the 100% completion.

Have you ever imported a savefile successfully? I've had a bit of trouble doing so.

If you have, would you be so kind as to make a step-by-step guide for me? It would make everything a lot easier. Or link to a video or something that explains how to do so.

I did this for some other games, but mostly to backup the save files into a external HD/pendrive since i don't think cloud saving is 100% reliable.
You only have to copy and paste the files into the folder i mentioned before. Its probably located here
My computer(C:)\programfiles(X86)\Steam\userdata\"you user id number"\578330\remote\savedgames\slot number <-Paste the files you want to use in this folder (make a copy of the old ones into another folder or overwrite them)

I had this exact same problem on PS4, but I own the game on PC and have extracted the game files to the full extent and lo and behold the cheat code for the bandit is "nbkryb" if anyone else gets this glitch and has the PC version then you should get the Quick BMS tool and follow a guide on how to extract the data files, and then once that is done go into the folder labeled CHARS and then find the file called COLLECTION.TXT and then you can look around for whatever character you need and then you use the cheat code in game (if there isn't a cheat code for the character then you can easily add one to the character and then use it to unlock the character.)
