Game freezing after Bluebell mine sequence

After the sequence the camera freezes facing either Chase or the ceiling. I can't move either.
I saw discussions about this bug before but nothing helped me. Changing the graphics all to minimum didn't work. What can I do?

you cant fix it the game is broken you can only ask steam for a refund

Hey I had this problem too I fixed it by simply changing the save game file ... Download the form download.schleimwerk.de and Following the path only has to look which slot you want to use ... C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Steam \ userdata \ 311339092 \ 578330 \ remote \ savedgames

Yeah I'm considering changing the game file. But I already got a lot of studs and bricks and well... I hope that it would work with my file

The only thing I did was changing the games prioritiy to high with the Task Manager like I do with other games to make them run better and somehow it worked.

If nothing works you could get a save point after the bluebell mission from the internet.

That worked! I put every setting on the Video and Effects to their lowest setting along with changing the priority to high, and I got past the point where it got stuck! You're a lifesaver, Gton. Thanks.
