100% Completion [SOLVED]
I've played through the entire game and collected all items according to the pause screen:
  • 39 Red Bricks
  • 305 Characters
  • 15 Lego City Heroes
  • 120 Vehicles
  • 450 Golden Bricks
But my completion rate is oply 99.9%. What am I missing? Or is this a bug (as I have encountered in other Lego games)?

I know that there are 40 red bricks to get but the last one is a 100% completion red brick which I assume I can only obtain once I have 100% completion, right?

EDIT: I found the missing item. It was one helicopter that I hadn't bought yet. Apparently, the vehicle count in the pause screen does not include helipad vehicles, that's why I missed it...

Well, let's just say you need to approach this from the north. Or more bluntly, you can reach the police badge crate from close to the Observatory nearby.

What are Lego City Heroes? And are all red and gold bricks hard to find?

I think it was called Lego City Hero when you collect a certain amount of studs in a special assignment. About the red and gold bricks: that depends on how well you know Lego games... there are some red bricks that ease the quest for finding all.

Ah thanks. Any tips on getting tons of money? Or will doing missions and such get me enough to buy everything?

That's also what happened to me in other LEGO games

I found two stud multipliers while playing the story which helped a lot to begin with. Also, as opposed to other Lego games, you do not need to purchase red bricks after unlocking them. That makes acquiring the required amount of money to buy all characters in the game quite easy. That's all you need the studs for.

And as long as you smash all stuff in story mode you will have enough bricks to complete your first super builds. The Attract Bricks red brick does help with remaining super builds at a later stage of the game.

All in all, I found nothing seriously difficult in this game except one vehicle robber mission that I could only complete with the help of the Super Ram red brick.
