Known Issue on ALT+TAB

Hi all,

You may know me from the LEGO Worlds forums, but the team behind LEGO City have asked me to pass on a message that we are aware of alt-tab functionality and windowed mode issues on LEGO City Undercover. We are working on fixing these asap. Apologies for any inconvenience caused by these issues.

So it this the only bug? Or is it totally unplayable like some reviewers say?

In my case, the only problem I had was the resolution, which I fixed.

HOW I FIXED MY RESOLUTION:
When I changed my resolution, my screen was black so I alt and tabed but my screen was white. So after that, I signed out with control, alt, and delete. Then I was able to launch the game when I signed in at my resolution. Try and see if that works!

EDIT: Maybe this is what they meant by "windowed issues", as in it only operates in windowed mode"...

Use Borderless Gaming

How do you add the game to borderless gaming? It's not showing up when I startup the game.

Game crashed when I entered the mine after first unlocking train travel. Also, when you leave the game idle for about a minute when you try to move the game freezes completely for around 10 seconds

I had a crash while the Rex Fury meeting cutscene at the beginning. Not a good start... :(

Same. I've gotten there with no issues, but the moment I reach the "cameras" and get to the banks, it crashes. It's happened twice so far.

Thats exactly were the game crashes. I tried it again but I#m stuck at this point.

It would be nice if you made skippable those postcards intro at the start of the game, it takes a whole minute and it does nothing in the background.

I've tried twice after I posted; Still the same spot. If my specs are important, I'll give them.

I love this game, but it only runs on DirectX11 and I have DirectX10 for my graphic card. The other LEGO® video games accepted DirectX10. Why not in LEGO® CITY UNDERCOVER?

Yeah, I had to switch to a pad right away, couldn't handle playing with just a keyboard.

I'm happy that the game is at least working very smoothly on my end, and load times are instantaneous.
