DOESN'T WORK HELP ME!!!!!!

when i start the game a plain white screen pops up and just stays like that, i can hear sound perfectly fine, if i take a screenshot it will apear with a picture on it. can someone please help me fix this issue

I finally found a solution in another topic :
Go to C:\Users\{user_profile}\AppData\Roaming\Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment\LEGO City Undercover and edit the 'pcconfig.txt'.

DELETE everything in the file and replace it with the following content:

It's useless for me. Tried also to uninstall and reinstall the game, nothing has changed. Since the last GPU drivers' update, the game crashes at startup.

Where do I find the place I'm to go to and change all this? I'm sorry--I am not a very knowledgable computer person. I'm trying to troubleshoot the white screen issue for my 7 year old. Thanks.

In the start menu, where you can search, type %appdata%
then go to warner bros map, then lego city undercover.

Thanks. I found it. Went in and changed all the numbers as above. Now the game won't launch at all. Saying Preparing to launch. The game title on the left side bar briefly says Running, then Synching. Then the launch window closes. So, looks like I've screwed it up further. Should I have copied and pasted the above in, or was it okay to just go through and edit each number? :( I am so out of my depth on this.
