How to use the Instant Vehicles cheat?
When I use the cheat, no matter what button I press, nothing happens. What button do I press to use it?

On your game pad you should have a joystick and you can press down on it to use instant vehicles. Try both.

On my xbox360 pad i must press the right stick to get to the vehicle menu.

I have a Logitech gamepad and right-stick does nothing. And on keyboard it seems bugged.

EDIT: I found out why I couldn't use it. Turns out my custom keybinds broke it and resetting to default controls fixed it. I assume it would be the same case for keyboard, but I haven't tested it.

It's a red brick, which are basically cheats. Some of them aren't really cheats and activate silly things, like making everyone in LEGO City wear costumes or some other thing which isn't necessarily cheating. Some that are like cheats are the stud multipliers that make stud collecting a breeze. Instant vehicles would basically be a cheat, as you don't have to go to a ground vehicle call in point anymore. But if you're asking if this is a third-party cheat, no it isn't. It's an intergrated part of the game.
